Our Founder
Greg Jackson, Founder & Managing Partner
With more than a decade of experience, Greg is one of the leading strategic advisers to law firm leads in the UK. Greg led the strategy and transformation practice for law firm clients at PwC and prior to that was the Global Director Strategy, Innovation and Efficiency of a Magic Circle firm for seven years.
He is the CEO of Oakwood Strategy and has worked with a large number of the top 50 firms in the UK. His advisory practice is focused on strategic planning, M&A, leadership succession and partner compensation. Greg is known for his depth of market knowledge, insight driven presentations about specific challenges and opportunities along with pragmatic actionable guidance and best practices to address them.

Victoria Woodcock
COO
With professional experience across government, politics, and business, Vicky is a trusted adviser to senior leaders and high-growth UK organisations. Now COO of Oakwood Strategy, she previously held senior roles in Whitehall, advising Cabinet Ministers and leading projects across the Department for Education and Cabinet Office. She also served as COO for a political campaign and Strategy Director at Sage UK&I. Vicky blends operational expertise with political insight to deliver high-impact, pragmatic solutions for clients.
Rachel Zammett
Principal Consultant
Rachel is a strategy consultant, advising advises global and regional law firms on strategy development and business planning, drawing on over seven years of legal industry experience. Previously, she was Head of Strategy at a Magic Circle firm Linklaters, where she led a team responsible for designing and delivering firm wide strategic initiatives. Before moving into the legal sector that, Rachel was a Senior Civil Servant in the UK government, and held positions at HM Treasury and the Cabinet Office. She brings strategic insight and deep analytical skills to her work, underpinned by a DPhil in Mathematics from the University of Oxford.
Toni Dong
Senior Consultant
Toni is a senior strategy and transformation advisor with over a decade of experience working with leading law firms, management consulting and FTSE 100 companies. She has led complex strategic planning, transformation, M&A and partner election programmes, recognised for her analytical depth, commercial judgement and ability to drive clarity and alignment at leadership level. She holds a Master’s degree from London Business School and has built an international career across the UK, Europe and Asia, bringing a global, forward-looking perspective to market dynamics and growth strategy.
